Pursat Province

               Pursat is big province that has lots of tour directions, and most of them are natural places. There are also many forest areas in this province too. You can go to visit many beautiful places in this province. Pursat is the name of fruit tree that is very popular in Cambodia. It is a type of orange that many prefer to eat. Most people live in this province are farmer, and they plant rice on their fields. They also plant other crops depend on their field status and season too. By the way, Tone Sap river also flows pass this province as well. Therefore, there are lots of fishes in this place too. Some people also go fishing as their career as well. You can buy many fish product as you go to this province. The distance from Phnom Penh city to this province is 189 kilometers. You need to spend around 3 hours for travelling. This province is also a rest place for people who want to go to Battambang and Banteay Meanchey province. Passengers usually stop at this place to take rest and having lunch.
