Kamping Pouy Bassin

            Kamping Pouy Bassin is sorrow history site that people who live in Battambang know very well. This place built during Khmer rouge regime, and there were lots of people died for building it. The purpose of this construction was to supply water to produce rice. Till today, Kamping Pouy is still a main water source for farmers. They use this water for planting their crop, especially in dry season. By the way, it is also popular tour direction for tourists as well. When you go to visit this resort, you can swim there as the water is really nice. You can also get fresh air at this place too that make you feel relax. One more thing, you can also buy food from local there for meal as well. This bassin is 6 kilometers long and 1.9 kilometers wide, and the view around this place is also gorgeous too.
