Terracotta Army
Terracotta Army is the collection
of army statues of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. It is a
historical site in China. The statues made differently depend on the rank. The
differences are uniform, height, sword and so on. The place of these statues is
hide long time ago. Nobody know where it is many years ago because it was buried. It was found by local
farmers in1974, and then government start to manage this place from that time.
After that, it becomes a tourist direction in China too. There are many statues
that are found at this place. In 2007, the statues were taken to British museum
for exhibition. The exhibition was very successful that can attract many
visitors. Then, British museum became the United Kingdom’s top cultural
attraction between 2007 and 2008.
