Kampong Pluk is a nice floating village with beautiful view
of water forest and birds. This place is twenty kilometers from Siem Reap town.
To visit this site, there are two ways to this reach there. In dry season,
visitors can use car or motor bike for travelling. Through using this method,
they just spend around one hour to get there. In raining season, they should go
there by boat because the road is a bit difficult. Villagers build their house
on the water. Most people live there go fishing as their jobs as they stay on
the river. They also produce many products such as fish paste, fermented fish,
smoked fish, dried fish, dried prawn and so on. As visitors reach this
place, they should rent boat for sightseeing. They can see lots of water trees
and birds with green view around there. Kampong Pluk is a beautiful natural
place with nice landscape.
