Kunlen Mountain is a beautiful park with lots of trees,
wild animals and nice view of the nature there. This park is around fifty
kilometers from the town with approximately around two hour for travelling.
Visitors are able to go up to the top of this mountain before 12 pm. This
regulation is used to avoid the vehicle meeting at the narrow road that would
have accident. The fee for enter this park for each person is two thousand riel
for Khmer people, and it is twenty dollar for foreigner. This mountain is a worship
place for local people, and they usually go there at the weekend and holiday.
On the way to the top of this mountain, there is great view of the forest with
lots of very big tree. You can also hear voice of the birds that are on the
trees and flying as well. As visitors
reach the top of this mountain, they can go to see ancient temples there such
as krau Romeas, Rong Chen , Sra Damrei and others too. There is also
a nice waterfall that they are able to swim in cool water there. Therefore,
they should prepare clothes for changing there.
