Sambor Prey Kuk area

            Sambor Prey Kuk is a historical site that locates twenty five kilometers from Kampong Thom town, and it is in Sambo village, Sambo commune, Prasat Sambo district. Till today, there are 140 temple are found out in the forest. Sambor Prey Kuk site was the capital city of Cambodia in the history with thousand years ago.  Many temples built in 7^th century by king Isanavarman I, and this period is before Angkor time. To visit those temples, tourists need walk in the forest. It is a nice adventure in to see both trees and ancient temples. For this trip, they need to spend many hours to explore temples as it is not so easy to walk in the forest. They should prepare some food and drink to eat when they take rest. There are many temples that they can see at this place. The weather is really good because there are lots of trees there.
