Wat Prasat is an
ancient temple that built in 706 AD with nice Khmer architectures. This temple
constructed from brick and sandstone to dedicate to Siva. It locates 31 kilometers from the town of
Kampong Thom that is in Prasat Village, Prasat Commune, Santuk District.
Therefore, visitors need to spend around one hour to reach this place because
of road condition. They can see nice landscape with many trees along the way to
this place. Wat Prasat is very old
temple, so some parts damage because of the nature. Lots of trees around this
temple with strong wind in wet season impact to this temple. Visitors can go to
see this temple in their holiday or free time.
